Step 01 — Search: we check the availability of your trademark
Before filing, we check for identical or similar marks covering the same goods or services. This preliminary search is free for Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia, and shows the risks before you pay any official fees. A search does not guarantee registration, but it greatly reduces the risk of refusal or opposition.

Step 02 — Application: we prepare and submit it in your name
We define the right Nice classes, draft the list of goods and services, prepare the logo and power of attorney, and file the application in your name. Foreign applicants do not need to travel to Kosovo. After filing you receive an MT- reference code to follow the status on our Client Care page.
Step 03 — Certificate: legal protection and exclusive rights
After examination and the publication period, the competent office issues the registration certificate. From then on you hold exclusive rights to the mark, may use the ® symbol, and can act against copying — including customs measures at the border. Registration lasts 10 years and is renewable.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on the office and on any oppositions. In practice the process takes several months, and your filing date gives you priority from the day of submission.
